Bolivia Dark Chocolate (69)
Origin: Bolivia
This is unlike anything we have. It is made from a wild criollo bean and the notes are VERY unique; probably more geared toward the “chocolate snob” that really gets into this kinda thing. First it isn’t a chocolate bomb the way Uganda or Ivory Coast are, rather it’s a more delicate chocolate with notes of cherimoya melon, cinnamon, spice, and we even taste a bit of wood as if it was aged in an oak barrel. It is definitely worth trying, at least once, as it could easily become a favorite.
